Creamy Beef with Cheese on Top Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef strips, sirloin
- 3 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 pcs Knorr Beef Cube
- 1 box all purpose cream
- 2 cups grated quickmelt cheese
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
Directions
- Sauté garlic and beef in butter until garlic is golden brown.
- Add Knorr Beef Cubes and continue stirring.
- Add the cream and cayenne pepper, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cream is thick enough to your liking.
- Remove from heat.
- Put on a serving platter and top with cheese.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
