  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
  • 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt

Directions

  1. In a 3 qt casserole, combine soup mix and water; stir in peas. Cover and microwave for 5 to 7 min on high. Remove and stir in lowfat sour cream.
