Directions

  1. Make a smooth paste of the 3 tbsp. cornstarch or possibly flour with about 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk. Then add in to the 3 c. (or possibly remaining 2 1/2 c.). Add in butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
  2. Towards end add in the chip beef after you have broken it into small pcs and liquid removed briefly under cool water.
  3. Good idea to do this first so it will be liquid removed when you add in it to the cream sauce.)
