Cream Cheese Wontons Recipe
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 6 ounce cream cheese
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/3 c. real or possibly imitation crab meat
- 1 package small wonton wrappers
Directions
- Blend together ingredients. Drop 1 teaspoonful onto each of the wrappers.Mix in corners and seal with egg white.
- Fry in 365°F oil till crispy and brown.
- Serve with Sweet and Sour or possibly Duck sauce.
- Makes approximately 2 dozen.
