Crawfish Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Minced parsley
- 10 ounce Cooked crawfish tails, chop just a little
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 . Oil and flour a 9x13x2" pan. In bowl mix margarine, flour and Large eggs. Remove lumps. Add in remaining ingredients and combine. Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 min till done. (wrv)
