The Singapore SlingThe Singapore Sling was created at Raffles Hotel at the turn-of-the-century by a Hainanese-Chinese bartender named Mr. Ngiam Tong Boom. Originally, the Sling was meant as a ladies' drink, hence the pink color. Today, it's a tourist attraction! |
