Irish whisky marmalade by www.bakefest.blogspot.comMy mother makes the best marmalade ever. It's one of the treats I enjoy when I'm at home in Ireland. I usually have it in the morning after a big fry up. Doesn't matter how much I've eaten, I always manage to squeeze it in. So in honour of my Irish Mammy, and because St. Patrick's day is almost upon us, this is for you! |

DIY Muesli by Kelly SheemanI made this to mix in with my yogurt smoothies to get a bit more of a substantial breakfast. It was easy to make, and I love it. I used craisins and dried plums becuase that was the dried fruit I had in my drawer...pretty much anything would work...Pi and I ate this in Ireland for breakfast. I was a fan. |
