Directions

  1. Place the oats and fruit juice into a bowl and leave to soak overnight.
  2. Grate the apples with their skins on, reserving a small amount, and mix with the milk, agave syrup and sultanas.
  3. Serve topped with the reserved grated apple and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
