  • 2 lb Cabbage, minced
  • 1 can (12-ounce) corned beef, diced
  • 1 can (11-ounce) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (5-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Boil cabbage in small amount of water till tender, 5-8 min. Drain.
  2. Alternate layers of cabbage and beef in 2-qt casserole. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
