Corn Spoon Bread 2 Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pkt Corn muffin mix
- 1 can (8 ounce) cream style corn
- 1 can (8 ounce) whole kernel corn
- 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Melted margarine or possibly butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
- Serves 6-8 adults.
