Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkt Corn muffin mix
  • 1 can (8 ounce) cream style corn
  • 1 can (8 ounce) whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Melted margarine or possibly butter

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
  2. Serves 6-8 adults.
