Cocoon Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 stk butter
- 4 Tbsp. (heaping) powdered sugar
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Minced pecans
Directions
- Cream butter & sugar; add in other ingredients. Roll into small ovals
- (cocoons); bake for 45 min at 300. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
- Yields 37 cookies.
