Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Onion -- powdered
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 8 Tbsp. Chili pwdr -- fresh
- 2 x Bouillon cubes -- chicken
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 8 ounce Chicken broth
- 1 2/3 ounce Green Chili peppers,whole --
- 2 x Onions,brown -- finely Minced
- 4 c. Water
- 4 lb London broil -- minced into Cu
Directions
- Brown meat, drain and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a suitable pot, add in browned meat and simmer uncovered over low heat at least three hrs. Converted
