Cinnamon Pecan Swirl Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

• Cinnamon pecan filling~
• 4 T butter, melted
• 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 T maple syrup
• 2 T ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup ground pecans
• In a medium bowl, stir together butter, brown sugar, syrup, cinnamon and pecans. Put the filling into a quart size, heavy duty baggie and set aside.
• Pancakes~
• 1 cup flour
• 2 t baking powder
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 T oil
