Cinnamon Pecan Biscuit Twists for SRC (and Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies!) Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 12 tablespoons (¾ cup), unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- For the filling:
- 2 tablespoons very soft butter, unsalted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans (I used walnuts)
- For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons milk
- I added 1 teaspoon vanilla before the milk
