Chocolate Waffle Drops Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 c. Flour Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Cream sugar & butter until fluffy. Add in Large eggs & vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp salt; stir into creamed mix. Stir in nuts (mix will be stiff). Drop by TSPS 2 inches apart on pre-heated waffle baker. Bake about 1 1/2 minutes. Cold on a rack. Sift powdered sugar over.
