  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl, soak chipped beef in warm water till softened, then drain.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan, add in flour and stir till blended. Whisk in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till thickened, about 2 min. Add in chipped beef and season to taste with salt and pepper.
