Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 c. chicken or possibly beef stock (canned or possibly cubes)
- 4 lbs. spare ribs, cut up
Directions
- Dice 6 garlic cloves and mix with all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Bake 1 hour and 20 min, and serve.
