  • 1 lb Pork, grnd
  • 2 lrg Onions, minced
  • 4 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1 med Pepper, sweet red, minced
  • 1 med Pepper, green, minced
  • 1 c. Celery, minced
  • 2 can Tomatoes, diced, with liquid 14 1/2 ounce. cans
  • 1 can Beans, kidney, liquid removed and rinsed, 16 ounce. can
  • 1 can Tomato paste, 6 ounce.can
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Sugar, brown
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dry
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, dry
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper ds Warm pepper sauce

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions till pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 min.
