Introducing gravy sauce ala indonesian style.. more lightly and heavy.. we always serve with steamed rice and some spicy sambal..

Directions

  1. Heat the oil or butter on a low flame..
  2. saute half of white onion, shallots and garlic until softened..
  3. add chicken, and light soy sauce until brown all side evenly..
  4. add dark soy sauce, tomato sauce, half of white onion, honey and half ot fresh tomato, salt and ground pepper..
  5. add water and waiting until the water is less. Keep reducing the sauce until it reaches your desired intensity.
  6. serve immediately with steamed rice or potatoes wedges..
