Chicken Wings alla Cacciatore Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup dry white wine (don't forget your ID if you go to buy it, I did!) :)
• 2 tblsp chopped capers
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 tsp dried basil
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
• 1 package of chicken wings
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 egg
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup white wine vinager
• 1 tsp salt
