Chicken Tamales Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (4 ounce.) can taco sauce (1/2 c.)
- 1/3 c. sliced olives, black
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. coarsely minced, cooked chicken
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in oil till clear; stir in remaining ingredients and set aside.
