Directions

  1. In large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms in butter till tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat till mix is bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in cream, broth.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken and liquid removed peas. Heat thoroughly. Serve on toast or possibly warm bed of rice.
