  • Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic -- crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb boned and skinned chicken breast halves Caesar Dressing
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese -- grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic -- crushed Flour tortillas Romaine lettuce -- minced

Directions

  1. In a large self-closing plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients. Add in chicken to bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade.
  2. Chill 15 min. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange on the rack. Grill 10-14 min, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and cut into strips. In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients. Place Romaine and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla.
  3. Top with dressing. Fold tortilla.
