Chewy Skor Toffee Bits Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs
- 10 ounce HERSHEY'S SKOR Baking Bits (English Toffee)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla till well blended. Add in Large eggs; blend thoroughly. Gradually add in flour mix, beating well. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. About 4 dozen cookies.
