  • 1 1/2 Lb Loaf: - (1 Lb Loaf):
  • 5/8 c. Water (3/8 C)
  • 1/2 c. Orange Juice (3/8 C)
  • 2 c. Bread Flour (1 C)
  • 1 c. Whole-Wheat Flour (1 C)
  • 3 Tbsp. Millet Whole, (2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt (1 Tsp)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine (1 Tablespoons)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey (1 Tablespoons)
  • 3 Tbsp. Sunflower Seeds Raw, Unsalted, (2 Tablespoons)
  • 3 Tbsp. Raisins (2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 x Orange Rind Grated, (1/2 Orange)
  • 3 tsp Active Dry Yeast (1 1/2 Tablespoons)

Directions

  1. This is a wholesome loaf bursting with different flavors and textures.
  2. For Welbilt/Dak machines for large loaf add in 2 Tablespoons more water.
  3. For Welbilt machine for small loaf add in 1 Tablespoons more water.
  4. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
  5. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cold 1 hr before slicing.
  6. Crust: Light
  7. Menu Selection: Bake (Light)
  8. Very tasty loaf of bread...will definitely make it again.
