Apple Pot-PieI always make apple crumble for desert but this time I decided to be experimental with some left-over tart dough that I had in the fridge, got ramekins and made apple pot-pie instead! It is really easy to make and comforting especially during a wet, windy and chilly day! |

My version of Nigella's ChocohotpotThis is a dessert made by British chef Nigella and I have made it several times varrying a little. The original recipe calls for 4 ramikens but I bake mine in a rectangle oven-proof dish. I also use Van Houten's cooking chocolate.
