  1. Preheat over to 350 . Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add in 1 1/3 C flour, sugar, salt, soda, lowfat sour cream and egg. Blend 30 seconds on low speed.
  2. Stir in remaining flour, cheese and pepper. Divide batter proportionately between 2 8 x 4" greased loaf pans. Let rise about1 hour, or possibly till doubled. Bake 30 min. Brush top lightly w/ butter.
