Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Butter
  • 1 lrg Onion -- finely minced
  • 2 tsp Plain flour
  • 5 x Fluid ounces thick sour Cream
  • 8 ounce Gruyere cheese -- grated
  • 8 ounce Cheddar cheese -- grated TB chives -- minced Pepper sm Cooked potatoes -- to serve sm Cooked sausages -- to serve

Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan, cook onion for 4-5 min till soft. Stir in flour, then add in cream, cook for 2 min. Continue to cook whilst adding cheeses and heat till mix is smooth, stirring frequently. Add in chives and season with pepper. Pour into fondue pot and serve with the potatoes and sausages.
