Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Amchoor (dry mango), optional
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 can Garbanzo beans or possibly chick peas cooked
  • 1 c. Frzn green peas
  • 1/4 x " Ginger, chopped
  • 3 x Green chiles, minced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced

Directions

  1. Roast cumin and coriander seeds until they begin to brown. Remove from fire. Grind coriander, cumin seeds with amchoor, chili pwdr. Keep aside.
  2. In a saucepan, pour garbanzo beans. Add in ginger, green chilies, lemon juice and the spice pwdr. Mix well and cook for 3-5 min. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
