Ingredients

  • 1 x Cinnamon stick - 1.5 inch
  • 3 x Cardamom pods, up to 4
  • 2 x Black pepper corns, up to 3
  • 2 x Cloves, up to 3
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Darjeeling tea leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Masala Spice Mix
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. 1. Grind cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper corns, and cloves to a pwdr. Stir in grnd ginger.
  2. 2. Combine water, sugar, tea and 1/4 tsp. spice fold in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for one minute.
  3. 3. Add in lowfat milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 min.
  4. 4. Strain into a mug or possibly teapot.
