  • 1 head or 1 regular bag of cauliflower
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • milk or water
  • cheese sauce or sour cream
  • vegetable oil
  • deep fryer

Directions

  1. boil cauliflower in water.
  2. while cauliflower is boiling. mix together flour, egg yolks, and enough milk or water to make a stiff dough. like biscuit dough.set a side.
  3. heat oil
  4. when cauliflower is done drain and cut into small pieces. set a side.
  5. add egg whites to batter. mix well.
  6. add cauliflower to batter. mix well
  7. drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. regular cereal spoons works best.
