Directions

  1. Directions: Dip the pork tenderloin in the orange juice. Add in salt and pepper to the flour and roll the tenderloin into the flour. Place in a baking dish. Place the butter on top of the tenderloin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min per lb. of tenderloin. Remove tenderloin from pan and let rest. Place baking pan on the stove and add in about 1/4 c. of orange juice and an addition 1-2 Tablespoons of butter. Bring to a boil and reduce to a sauce. Serve with sliced tenderloin.
