carrot soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 1.5 quarts water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp turmeric
Directions
- chop vegies and combine with remaining ingredients .Simmer 30 minutes.
