Caribbean Jerk Rub Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Dry thyme
- 2 tsp Dry allspice
- 2 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne peper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
Directions
- Blend all the above ingredients well. Rub over meat, poultry or possibly seafood at least 2 hrs before grilling. Grill as usual.
