  • 1 tsp cardamom, ground. 3. sift tog. In small bowl, add into mix into
  • creamed mix. stir til soft dough formes
  • Press into 8" roun shortbread mold or
  • 9" cake pan.
  • Bake 25-30 min or til lite brown.
  • Cool in pan 10 min; loosen edges with knife.
  • Invert onto cutting bd.
  • If necess. Tap edge of pan on cutting bd.
  • Cut shortbread into wedged.
  • Cool completely.Stir in an airtight container.
