6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into
1/4 cup of olive
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (use
2 teaspoons dried thyme or
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon black
Whisk together the oil, Cajun seasoning, thyme or oregano, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Toss the potatoes in the oil and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done in centers turning several times. Makes 4-6 servings.…
