- 100g broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
- 25g butter
- 25g flour
- 250mls vegetable stock
- 2.5mls dried parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
- 15mls olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1.25mls dried red chilli
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 2 crayfish tails, sliced
