Use leftover rice from the night before to fry up some speedy fried rice for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten, with 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 125g sweetcorn
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 3-4 Frankfurter sausages, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • A little vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Add the oil to a hot wok. Fry the beaten egg til cooked, then remove from the wok.
  2. Fry the sweetcorn, peas and sausages for a few minutes.
  3. Add the rice, then stir in the oyster sauce. Toss in the cooked egg for an extra minute and serve.
