Breakfast Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. soft type butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
Directions
- Measure flour, sugar, grape nuts and baking pwdr into mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in bacon, butter, Large eggs, orange juice concentrate and peel. Mix till well blended.
- Drop by level Tbsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till edges of cookies are lightly browned but cookies are still soft. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
