Directions

  1. Prheat oven to 400 F. Grease a muffin tin. Mix together the boysenberries, mint and sunflower seeds. In a larger bowl, mix the flour, baking pwdr and sugar. In another bown, mix buttermilk, oil and egg together. Pour the liquid mix into the flour mix and mix till just blended. Fold the boysenberry-mint mix into the batter till just mixed. Spoon into muffin c. and bake for 20 to 25 min.
