Boston Market Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt or possibly to taste
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x pepper to taste
  • 20 ounce frzn minced spinach, cooked according to package directions, well liquid removed Or possibly
  • 2 lb fresh spinach, cleaned, stems removed, minced, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion, minced, Or possibly
  • 1 sm onion, peeled, ends removed, diced

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together celery soup, flour, butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil, garlic salt, salt and pepper till smooth and piping warm. Add in cooked and liquid removed spinach, dry minced onion or possibly diced onion. Serve.
