Bonefish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined jumbo or possibly large shrimp
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 well beaten Large eggs,
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking pwdr

Directions
- Note: since the sauce is giving the unique taste of fresh peppers, don't substitute the brand of sauce. however if you are in hurry you can substitute the shrimp with store bought pre-battered frzn shrimp.
- Sprinkle shrimp with 1 1/2 tsp. salt; let stand at room temperature for 12 min. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, cornmeal, flour, baking pwdr in mixing bowl; mix till smooth.
- Heat oil in deep fryer to 350
