Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Immediately rinse with cool water and drain well. Add in cheese, walnuts, celery, mayo, salt and pepper.
  2. Gently toss with 2 forks till the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Refigerate till serving. You may need to add in a little more mayonnaise if the salad seems dry. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve slightly chilled.
  4. Note:This pasta salad is best when made the day before it is to be served or possibly at least several hrs in advance, so which they flavor of the blue cheese has a chance to develop. Keep in the refigerator.
