Blossburg Chicken Bbq/Marinate Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Use to marinate, also to baste while grilling. Baste often. Sometimes I add in prepared BBQ sauce and brown sugar or possibly Dijon mustard and honey.
