  1. Put Large eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking pwdr, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. potato cubes in blender. Blend till coarsely minced. Add in remaining potatoes and process again. Pour out on a warm, well greased griddle. Drain on paper towel for better taste. Makes 12 pancakes.
