  • 3/4 tsp salt 1 teaspoon
  • 2 c. bread flour 3 c.
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr 3T
  • 2 tsp sugar 1 Tab.
  • 1 tsp dry chopped onions 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 tsp Med. grind Java Black Pepper* 3/4 teaspoon
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 2 teaspoon for bread machine

Directions

  1. Add in ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
  2. * If using a finer grind of pepper, reduce the amount to 1/4 teaspoon for either loaf size.
  3. Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting. Timed-bake feature can be used.
