  • 2 x heads radicchio
  • 1 pkt PC Triple Cream Blue Brie cheese, coarsely, minced
  • 1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 c. PC Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing c. salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Wash assorted greens. Tear into bite sized pcs and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Toss with the cheese and pine nuts.
  3. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
