Bird's Nest Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Recipe Passover Cookie Dough, * see recipe Cinnamon-sugar mix Raspberry jam, or possibly other flavor
Directions
- OVEN: 350 degrees F Greased cookie sheets
- Prepare one recipe of Passover Cookie Dough. (* see recipe)
- Roll dough into ball; coat with cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Press finger to indent centers and fill with jam.
- Bake for 8 to 10 min.
- Let cold slightly and transfer to wire racks to cold completely.
