Bill's Favorite Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pkt Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 x kiwi peeled, diced
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. strawberries diced
- 1/2 c. seedless red grapes halved
- 1 Tbsp. banana extract
- 1 Tbsp. orange extract
- 1/2 tsp strawberry extract Mint leaves Whipped cream for serving
Directions
- Put gelatin and 2 c. water in saucepan; stir till dissolved.
- Add in remainder of ingredients, and simmer till raspberries dissolve.
- Pour into mold to cold. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
