Better Ever Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Quick cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 stk Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl combine the oats, flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt.
- 2. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat the margarine and peanut butter till smooth. Beat in sugars till blended. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Blend in flour mix.
- 3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- 4. Bake 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets. Cold on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container.
